The words you us to describe what you do, how you do it, and why you do it.
The arrangement of literature and other media that you inject into the conversation.
Every little bit makes the difference, it’s why culture building within teams and groups that need to coordinate is referred to as weaving.
To coordinate well groups of individuals needs different nodes that they can relate to. Information flows through and between the nodes when the keeper of the language is intentionally weaving.
